CCPA is putting on a show!

Great news! CCPA has raised $8,760 of our 2017 fund drive goal of $10,000. If you helped with that, we  are so grateful for your support. Perhaps you are considering end of year donations? We’d love to be included in your giving choices to help us get to $10,000.  Oh yes – you know that wonderful smell of freshly popped popcorn that greets you when you come to a production at the Fox Playhouse? Our ancient and historic (!) popcorn machine in the Fox concession area is worn out. We would like to use $500 of additional donations from this appeal to purchase a new one. (Note:  depending on the amount raised, we may purchase a different popper than the one pictured).

Our 2017-2018 season began in July with Treachery at Cartilage Creek, sponsored by NRMC. Our holiday events will include Christmas Belles, a comedy by Jones, Hope and Wooten, Nov. 30-Dec. 3, sponsored by Metz Banking Co. and directed by Richard Daut.  And, the Community Choir will present “A Christmas to Remember” – this popular annual concert on Dec. 15-17 is directed by Wes Morton, with Rhonda Leonard, accompanist.  The choir’s sponsor is Renwick Insurance Agency.  March 1-4, 2018 will feature The Greek Mythology Olympiaganza, a comedy by Don Zolidis, directed by Margaret Haverstic and sponsored by White Ember Financial Planning. The season concludes April 26-29, 2018, with Romance in D, a comedy by James Sherman, directed by Linda Davidson and sponsored by Dr. Sean and Erika Gravely. Here is a ticket special:  we are offering reduced price season tickets for the four remaining events at $20 per ticket ($5 per admission)! You may purchase these passes at Christmas Belles or mail a check to CCPA for $20 per ticket to PO Box 754, Nevada, MO 64772.  Please note on your check that you are purchasing tickets.

You can also donate here online with our secure PayPal link using your credit card. Your gift will be acknowledged in our program books throughout the season and on our website. All gifts are tax-deductible.

DON’T FORGET:  A Christmas to Remember, Dec. 15-16 at 8 pm and Dec. 17 at 2 pm.
